Galatians 6:1-8
1 Brothers, even if a person is caught in some transgression, you who are spiritual should correct that one in a gentle spirit, looking to yourself, so that you also may not be tempted.
2 Bear one another's burdens, and so you will fulfill the law of Christ.

As Romans says, all of us sin and fall short of the glory of God. We do it, and so do our brothers. We are called to our own spiritual development certainly, but we are also called to help others along the path. As v1 says, those who are spiritual should correct others in a gentle spirit. We are to help bear another’s burden, and remember that it is Christ who enables us to do so – not ourselves.
